These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Intentionally Together website and participation in coaching services, programs, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Cristina Stolojan, trading as Intentionally Together (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or Services.

16. Amendments

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, strikes, or internet outages.
13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intentionally Together, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentionally Together shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or website.

Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
11. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, transformation, or improvement as a result of the Services.

You acknowledge that coaching requires personal responsibility and that outcomes depend on your choices and actions.
10. Website Use

All content on the website is provided for informational purposes only.

You must not misuse the website, including attempts to hack, transmit harmful code, or engage in unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to remove or amend content without notice.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, digital materials, and written guides provided during the Services are the intellectual property of Intentionally Together.

Clients may use materials solely for personal purposes and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit them for commercial use without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order).

In group or couples sessions, all participants agree to respect and maintain confidentiality of information shared by others.
7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and engaged.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from the Services.

Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of Services without refund.
6. Refund Policy
-
Coaching programs and packages are non-refundable once commenced.
-
If a Client withdraws within the first month of a program, they may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on sessions completed, at our discretion.

Single-session purchases and digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, workbooks, and online resources) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and considered “used.”
-
Late arrivals will not extend beyond the agreed session time.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, a rescheduled session will be offered.
4. Booking & Payments

All Services must be paid in full prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are stated in GPB and are subject to change at any time.

Where payment plans are offered, the Client is contractually obligated to complete all instalments regardless of early withdrawal from Services.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3. Nature of Services
-
Coaching is a professional client-led process designed to support self-development, relationships, and intentional living.
-
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Clients should seek qualified professionals for such matters.

No outcomes or results are guaranteed; progress depends on your commitment and application of the tools provided.
2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

By entering this Agreement, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

“Client” means any individual or couple purchasing or engaging in Services from Intentionally Together.

“Agreement” refers to this contract formed between the Client and Intentionally Together.

“Services” include coaching sessions, programs, workshops, digital products, and resources offered.
